Background and pictures

I decided it was probably time to lose the fall themed background here on the blog.  I went out into free blog background world and everything for Christmas seemed to be WAY too much for me.  You see, I haven't exactly gotten into all things Christmas yet.  Just not feeling it yet.  I did put the Christmas wreath on the front door today.  I thought that was enough decorating for now.  I will get it all out and done....but I will do it dragging my feet and muttering and grumbling the whole time.  I love the decorations, it's just all the memories that go along with it that get to me. Someone once asked why I didn't let someone else decorate my house and I've thought about it....I've even let my mom get involved.  But in the end I have to be the one unwrapping the special ornaments and smiling at the ornaments that have stories behind them.  It is the best and worst of times.
So, back to the background.  I knew I wasn't quite ready to have over the top Christmas here on the blog when I came across a background called "Hint of Christmas".  It's not overly Christmasy at all and the name sold me.  We are "hinting" at Christmas around here.
Then I knew I would need some words to go with the background and in typical Tricia fashion, I thought I would be lazy (you know I did hang the wreath today--it was a lot of work friends!) and just post some of the photos from my phone.  It's  tried and true and easy.  I pull out the handy phone and 2 things hit me.  1)  I have a ton of pictures of a certain sweet baby girl that belongs to the Young One and 2) I have a new phone so there really aren't a lot of pictures on it. It is slim pickings for you today....but the baby ones are really all we need.  She likes me and I like her....we've bonded already.  Her mom makes me talk to her when she's not sleeping good.  It's much easier than talking to a 15 year old....just saying.
Here are the latest excellent photos from my new cell phone.
Nothing but sweetness here.
Did I mention sometimes she's so happy to see me that she goes right to sleep?
She got to meet Morgan before the big Clemson vs USC game.  Kind of obvious who they like, isn't it?
Now onto the other less sweet photos.
Hubby taking pictures at the newest gym here in FM.  (Academy Fitness)
Hubby carving the Thanksgiving turkey breast.
And we really don't need to discuss this next photo.  That darn "Hot Now" sign at Krispy Kreme is not good.  :-)
Have a great weekend!
Tricia
