Another random update

I won't bore you with a long drawn out Thanksgiving recap--I have more random things to show you.  I'll just say it was a great day spent with family and lots of good food.  And the best part--it wasn't here at our house.  We went to my mother-in-laws this year so I was only responsible for side dishes.  I think that was my favorite part! :-)
Now on to the random stuff.

This is my final update on my green thumb plant.  It is officially gone and we've harvested a bunker crop of some sort of sweet potato that was produced by the vine.

They aren't orange on the inside--they're white.  I may just have to cook one and see what happens.
I gave Morgan the camera to take the photos for me....the rest of these photos were on my camera when I pulled the two shots above. 
Gotta love this big old dog.

There were tons of lizards roaming around when we removed the actual vine from the planter.  Morgan took lots of photos of them.

Oh look...another one of Wilson.  Up close and personal.  LOL

The pumpkins that were on the front porch....they were being "relocated" to the woods behind the house.

And finally, the fat cat.  I guess Morgan was giving equal time to the pets.

That's it for us....nothing exciting....just plain old life.
Oh wait....I didn't post music on Friday.  So here's a little Friday music on Sunday afternoon.  This may shock several of you, but I have been listening to some Christmas music this year!  I may change my mind and not listen again....you just never know.  Some years I can't take it...so far so good this year.  It's still early. :-)
