In an effort to shake off the holiday blahs, I’m going to focus on being thankful today.
So here goes…
· I am thankful for handwritten notes of encouragement (and vow to try and write more myself)
· I am thankful for my husband who loves me even when I cry and get all emotional and crazy.
· I am thankful for my morning emails.
· I am thankful for my friend who commiserates and has a “moment” with me because our Christmas cards have to be sent with only Morgan.
· I am thankful that Morgan is a stickler for tradition and makes me do things I’d rather skip.
· I am thankful for my cancer mom’s group—they help me keep my sanity.
· I am thankful for the young lady that Morgan is becoming and her sweet spirit.
· I am thankful for all my friends….spending time with you all helps me maintain my sanity too.
· I am thankful that I was blessed to be Jenna’s mom for 12 yrs and 4 months.
· I am thankful that Jesus is the Reason for the Season…..and for the grace, hope, and peace that comes only from him.
I feel better already! I could just go on and on….but will stop for today. Check back for some more photo outtakes from our “tradition” of getting Wilson in the Christmas photo.
Love,
Tricia

I am thankful that I am your friend...it is one of the best gifts I ever gave myself! I am thankful for Jenna who inspires me every day. I am thankful for you....I love you and think you are the most sane person I know! I'm thankful for our friendship with the young one...I'm so glad we allowed her to get to know us....even though you all leave me out of the morning e-mails....I'm just saying....!
You know I am here for you.....and if you feel like punching someone out, I'll be Ouiser and you go right ahead...!
Oh Tricia....I've been wallering in my own "stuff" the last few days....the Lord has used you to help put it all in perspective for me....what a precious thankful attitude! Thanks for sharing...I just know the Lord will continue to use and bless your raw honesty.
