Our main tree is part fancy and part sentimental. I like to have a theme but like to use our sentimental ornaments too.
We have a lot of fun and whimsical ornaments....and you can probably see a few soccer related ones too.
MOrgan thought this could be a good addition this year.
This is one of my favorites--a friend gave me a standing figurine like this and said that she knew that was the way Jenna looked when she arrived in heaven....arms up saying "Yes!!--I won!!". 
This is our 2nd tree....it is in the kitchen. Weird place for a tree but it works for us. It started as a tree for the girls and was upstairs near their rooms. Then Morgan decided she never got to see it and wanted it downstairs. That is how it ended up in the kitchen. It has all of the girls special ornaments on it. It is really neat to sit down for dinner and enjoy it.

I love all things FANCY...beautiful! And I am a total fan of the tree in the kitchen...why not? The room you use the most!
