- Soccer continues. I know you're all surprised, right? The JV team has won all of their conference games and they beat their big rival (Fort Mill) on Tuesday 2-0. Wish the varsity had won but some bad refereeing cost them the game.
- Morgan has been pulled up to play in a tournament with the varsity team this weekend. The varsity girls have had some injuries so they need a little help from the JV team while some girls recover. Morgan was excited but totally cool about it. It makes this mom happy to see her play on the team with the senior girls who were some of Jenna's closest friends. (and yes, Jenna would have been playing on varsity this year with these girls!)
- I have planted the traditional sweet potato vine in the waterfall planter. You can all breathe a sigh of relief. I am a little concerned that the frost may have gotten them. We've had the craziest weather this week. Cross your fingers that I don't have to replant. I'm feeling positive that this years plants will do better than last years.
- I'm doing some personal reorganizing/reprioritizing in the work world. More on that soon.
- Boot camp starts up again on Monday. I look forward to it and I dread it. This body is showing/feeling it's age and it's going to be a challenge but I know I'll be happy with the end results. I have purchased epsom salts in preparation for the next four weeks.
- I cannot believe there are only 31 or 32 days left in this school year. How in the heck did that happen? Morgan just started her freshman year. I am beginning to believe all those people who told me the high school years would go quickly.
Have a great weekend, Tricia
