We spent Thanksgiving at my parents house this year. It was a change for us--we've been at our house for the past 5 years or so. I have to admit that I enjoyed doing a little cooking here and just "showing up"....no meal planning, no timing everything and no stress. I could get used to this. Morgan spent the night with my parents to help "prep" and cook. She is in her element doing all that sort of thing. It was a great time--we are thankful for our family.

And something a little different. Our neighbors had relatives visiting from Connecticut so they felt they needed to heat their pool so everyone could swim. They were nice enough to invite Morgan to join them today. She said it was great--almost too hot!
